Jeff Provost, Founder & CEO of Key Performance Integrators
His career has taken him through many different kinds of businesses and organizations but the underlying theme has been helping businesses, and their people, improve their processes, achieve their goals, and fulfill their vision.
When Staples needed to integrate with a business acquisition, Jeff led the charge. He developed the integration process and integrated systems and people across multiple business units throughout the organization.
After 7 years in corporate America, Jeff led agile startups in their pursuit of process development and scale. His work led to increased profitability, happy customers, and fulfilled employees.
Behind every great business is a Jeff, making sure the organization runs smoothly, and when things get off track, they are quickly corrected.

We believe that business owners need good data to make smarter business decisions. All businesses have a set of key processes that deliver value. Those processes are executed by people. Those people need clarity about what they are doing and why, with specific measurable performance targets. That performance data should be reviewed regularly. Armed with the insights and clarity into how your business is performing, there is little you can’t achieve.

Dan has 20+ years experience working in accounting & finance across various industries. As an Accounting Manager for a Property Management company, Dan hired, trained and managed a team of accountants, developing an efficient month end process for over 75 properties that had various reporting deadlines and requirements. While Dan was the CFO of a large national construction company, he developed company key metrics and gave visibility to the leadership team, allowing them to make proactive, forward-thinking decisions. Dan has a passion for helping companies succeed and solve problems. He has no problem rolling up his sleeves to get in the weeds, while maintaining a big picture perspective.
